Does anybody else have construction fences around all their buildings?

On one of my games all of the farms, trading portal, quest post, the arena etc. have construction fences around them.
Does anybody else have this, is it a glitch?

If you see those around it, it means it's being built.

If your buildings have finished building, but those are still around it, then you should email TL support@storm8.com

It once happened to me, I restarted the phone and it was fine.

Please try setting your time and date to automatic and restart your phone. We recommend not adjusting your device settings to avoid any unpredictable issues with your game.

Thanks kooky, I did reset my iPad & that fixed it.
