You may see this amount as a placeholder when you initially load the game. Your gem amount should update to your actual amount shortly after everything loads.

Mighty oven is a combination of forever and sonic.

I'd say they're quite very useful, you cook less and never spoil. All the recipes on the regular oven are available on it.
It was an exclusive item back in the day.
