Watch video button not working

Hi TL. The watch video ads button is working in bakery story but stopped working in restaurant story after the first day. No matter what time of day the message is always that the video can't play. Can someone help me to fix this! Thanks in advance

why the free gems button dissapears a few seconds after i open the game...?please help me
