    Neighbors not receiving requests for Sparklers.

    Hi, I'm having a bit of an issue where my neighbors might not be getting my requests for Sparklers. I only mention this because my sister plays and she hasn't received the request. I've received 3 so far so some are but would like to continue. I'm not sure what to do. Please help. Thank you.
