    Losing Star rating and Food not Selling

    My star rating has been falling today even though I have plenty of food, sufficient seating, and clear aisles to walk through my bakery. I always maintain a star rating of 100, but it was down to 20 this afternoon.
    For the past few days my food has not been selling and I've had almost no profit.
    I think this is a bug.
    Is anyone else having issues like this?

    Thank you, Kooky Panda! One of my registers had a counter beside it with the front clear. I moved the counter and my rating is up to 40.
