This has happened for all the 3 times, for 3 times, 3 weeks, I don't get gold from installing other goals, I supported, support.teamlava.com, but they said I have the gold, I never received it..

I feel this very common, I really want to quit, but I love this game..

I know this is probably a silly question, but did you need to place a decoration to get the gold?

I know when I have (in the past) downloaded and played games for gold from TL, I had to first download the game, then play up to a certain level, then play up to a certain level again. After each of these I had to buy a decoration for the gold to be given to me.

Otherwise the only other option is to send an email to support, good luck

If you play on an apple device, you do not get gold from downloading and playing other games.
There are other goals offered like buying a decoration that will give you the gold.
You can go back to support and ask they what goal gave you the gold.
