    Why is Stormie's Shop (Stormie's Store) empty?

    Stormie's Shop on Fashion Story has been empty for 2 days now. What is the purpose of this mandatory neighbor, if I can't tip and if there are no goals for which I need assistance? Please help. Android

    Her store is empty on IOS, too.
