There is a thread about this already, if you look in the Vampires Live Discussions.

One of the S8 employees (I think it was Sparkly Octopus) posted that the server for ZL and VL is full, so they are not allowing any new players. They removed them from the app stores, so you have to have them already downloaded on your device to continue playing. They are not planning on shutting down the game at this time.

Since I've been playing, no one has answered any of my questions on VL forum, so I think that speaks for the level of support we can expect.

This was addressed by a community manager.

These games are full and no longer accepting new players, so we've removed them from the App Store. You are still able to access and play the games so long as it is already installed on your device. If you have any other questions or concerns, please email support@storm8.com.
