Bakery expansion

Up until today the expansion 10x13 was either 200,000 coins or 15 gems. Today it jumped up to 20 gems or 200,000 coins. What is up with that?

All gem expansions have been on sale for 25% off for the last few days. They've always had a normal price of 20 gems but with the sale they were down to 15. There's been a ton of pop ups about it. I have max expansion but still get loads of pop ups.

Expansion need 80 Gems / 55 Neighbours and 17,500,000 coins to expand.

26x28 Expansion

Expansion need 80 Gems/ 55 Neighbours and 20,000,000 Coins to expand.

27x29 Expansion



Expansion need 80 Gems / 60 Neighbours and 22,500,000 coins to expand.

Is there anywhere I can find a complete list of expansion prices, now that the max seems to be 37 x 39?

Am hoping for expansion prices to have a 25% discount by the way...

I havs searched everywhere for a list of prices to expand. I'm at 17.5 million to expand to 25 x 27or 80 gems. I dont know whether to wait for the coins and use 80 gems on next expansion. Because if next expansion increases by 10 million it would be best to save the gems for that expansion. The expansion before this was nearly 60 million. So im worried its a bit random. Does anyone know where to find a list? The search function on the forum is not user friendly at all. And Google search doesn't prove to be much better for this question.

Tap on the Design button in the lower right corner. Tap on the farthest right tab in that menu (it looks like a 4-square box with 4 arrows). Scroll through to see the cost of each expansion. (You will need to scroll past the crates in the list.)
