I never had a mission to save meow, when did that one happen?

I think that was one of the first goals...it involved numerous steps, if I recall correctly. I know I started another goal, involving several steps but it disappeared after I completed the second or third step (I think after having to buy counters for gems). Thought maybe it would come back, but I recently completed Pardon Our Dust and have had no goals since.
