Are the customers not even sitting down to eat? Or is it just the case that the food on the counter is selling slowly?

If the customers aren't sitting down it's usually because something is blocking their means to do so, or the hostess table is blocked, even the pathway into the door (the floor mat works like any other decoration item and the customers won't walk OVER it, but around it. Make sure you leave space for that). It sounds to me like they couldn't reach an area and maybe you moved something around? TL doesn't go into our games and move items for us, so if they weren't sitting down, it must've been something you changed to now make it possible for them to sit.
