No Deactivate Option?

This game seriously needs an option to deactivate the account when done playing. What if you want to reset? Also what if someone else is using your username? Customer service does not have a way of helping and all they say is they can't delete the account. I don't understand how in the Terms of service it states that "TeamLava has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service by you" but if you actually ASK them to do it they say they have no way of doing it. Bogus. They tell you to just stop playing the game.
So now I have played your game and my account is there never to be deleted? I'm the type of person that likes to close accounts I'm done with. I will not be installing anymore of your games and will be making people aware of this. [/SIZE]
