Do you mean the new recipe that came out last week? If so, it's not part of any goal, it was a new recipe introduced in an update. You should find it right at the beginning when you open your cookbook.

I'm level 99 and the sweet potato fries never showed up for me either.
I figured out what the problem is. U probably didn't install the new version of RS called Fast Food. I didn't even know it existed until I saw someone on another thread mention it, so I went looking for it. Once u install the new version it should work for u
