No, the actual dress (not the picture doing the rounds on social media) in question was shown on TV, and it's indeed black and blue, which is what I saw.

Without a doubt a very cool addition to the game. I can imagine how quickly they put this together, but I am a bit disappointed that the mannequin seems rather large. She seems a full head taller than than the average height. Probably not a big deal when she's standing by herself, but in my stores which are full of still life mannequins she stands over everyone like an Amazon!

Yes you're right the real dress is blue and black seen it on TMZ last night the designer let everyone it's true colours
