I want to delete neighbors that never get on. How do I do that?

I want to delete neighbors that never get on. How do I do that?

Go to your list of neighbors, either by Menu->Social or by clicking the little mailbox icon on the upper left.
There will be an "edit" button right next to where the word "neighbors" is.
Click that edit button, and remove the unwanted neighbors from your list with the red "remove" button that will appear beside their name (where normally it would say gift/visit)
