No colours on snake heads - in fact no snake heads!

Can anyone help at all please?

I have been battling my way through from Cacti Corner and am now stuck at Secret Forest without being able to see the snake heads or their colours. I have an iPhone 5 and have updated all the software and recently reloaded the game - I don't really want to do that again!!

We checked the Secret Forest Island, and for the levels with Snake Heads, we were able to view the Snakes and its colors. Could you please check and see if you have updated the app to the most recent version, 1.3.1? You can check what version you are on by going to the Settings and the version number is located on the bottom right.
