Announcements Misleading/Take Gems

It is very frustrating how new announcements in game are set up. I am playing the game, tapping on appliances to cook items and somehow a pop up clicks to purchase an item using gems and there is a button to buy again. It is difficult to find the NO button. Or rather, the no button is not as easy to locate.
Why has TeamLava made it so sneaky for the game to steal gems? These two items have not shown up in my game and I want to be reimbursed. I never wanted to purchase said items using gems. Please give me my gems back!

Perhaps it's time to stop playing TeamLava and Storm8 games if the company keeps scamming players!
