game doesnt recognize advancement in Cupcake Mania

Hi I downloaded cupcake mania to test out in return for gems and once installed my restaurant story didnt recognize my advancement in cupcake mania to be able to receive gems for passing the level 12. Can anyone fix or maybe help out? Thanks

Did it catch up yet, or are you still missing the gems? Sometimes it takes a few hours or more.

Sometimes I have to exit out the game, go back to cupcake mania and then click on the goal and it will then load. Happens a few times on all the games Im doing downloads for. But it will take affect.
