Goal-locked Christmas Recipes on Basic Oven (iOS)

I see two Christmas recipes in Restaurant Story for the Basic Oven that are listed as goal-locked that weren't there before. I play on iOS. Are these supposed to be released for all players like the Stuffing and Prime Rib?

The recipes are:
Fruitcake
Holiday Ham

Unfortunately, these recipes are not available unless you had previously completed the goal when it was originally available. Sorry for the confusion!
