Want to move to new phone

I want to transfer my game to my new iPhone. The problem is that I cannot start the iMobster app on my old iPhone - when I try to start the app, the screen blanks and returns to the iPhone start screen. iMobsters does not start. This means I cannot access the 'transfer/move' function from my old iPhone.

How can I transfer my game to my new iPhone if my old iPhone is broken?

If you have storm ID and password set up (of nuli is your storm ID, then you can use your forum password).
You can download the application and under settings, go to the transfer button on you new device and put in your storm ID and password and will transfer your storm ID and games to your new device.

If you did not set up a password on your old device, you will need to send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can assist in transferring your games.
