Sometimes a hard restart of your device will put things back in order, so to speak. Just like restarting your computer. You could also try going into your device settings, turning them off & then back on.

I have tried restarting it already. I play this game on 2 different devices under 2 usernames. It is happening on both devices across both games.
Fashion Story is also having the same problem. Tried restarting on both devices and it didn't help.
I just received my first notification today on both devices. Thank you so much for getting that fixed!! :-)
