I have the same problem. Bought 3 more Pumpkin-Fetti Patch and still shows buy 3. iPad Mini iOs 8.0.2 FS2 1.7.9.

The goal didn't credit me for the 3 pumpkin tiles that I bought with gems. I only have a few gems to spare.

Did the force restart and still do not get credit for the previous purchases.
