please.help

I'm tired of taking over 2 hours to try to put food on appliances. Today I can't put any on the oven. Tap on oven, white page, restart. ALL the appliances do this however I have learned tap one food, exit program, reload,put on next food repeat. Takes forever but it eventually works. BS doesn't have this sad sad sad issue.

Hi. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Clean ur device's cookie cache.
Email support@teamlava.com being sure to give them all pertinent information
Send a PM to 1 of the forum's moderators and refer them to this thread.

Sorry to hear that! Can you try closing any apps that may be running in the background? Also see how much space you have on your device. If there's not much left, you may experience these types of issues. See if there are any old apps you can delete to make room.
