Why are the catalogs different between my devices?

I have 2 different devices with 2 different accounts. One is a Kindle fire and one is an android. Why are my catalog options different between them?

I'm not sure about Kindle, but on Android some catalogs and decorations are tied to a specific event version, eg. the recent Neon 90s. You 'unlock' these catalogs when you download and play these versions. If you never do this then you never get these catalogs. However like on iOS, eventually TL will pull these catalogs from availability so this can be how you get different options on different platforms. I did hear that on Android if you keep old versions you can access some of these limited items even after they are pulled.

if this doesn't answer your question, maybe you could explain what differences you see. I'd love to know how Kindle is different.
