Lost my game!
I have changed physical phones but I am using the same SIM card. All my games stay the same but my castle story is back a the beginning and I was a level 50! With lots of everything. What can I do to get it back?

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.
