    Not Getting Free Gems

    When I download the apps to earn free gems, I get a notice from Fashion Story saying I earned the gems, but they aren't showing up on my game. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

    Try restarting your game or device to see if they get credited. If not, please send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.
