Anyone else having these issues?

I was recently given the message that FS no longer supported the device I was using. So, after much deliberation, I purchased a new IPad Retina. Now I am having issues with the catalog. I either can't place items in my shop before they expire (even after rebooting) or, can't order. Any one else having this problem, or know of a fix?

I get this issue some times , you have to press twice on the home button then the games that you played will appear on the screen, slide the game up then open it and the problem is solved
