How do I take and move my android account over to my Ipad account. I'm at level 96 on my android account, and want to put on my ipad account that I'm at level 39.

Ensure you know your storm8 ID and password
Download Restaurant Story on your ipad (even if you dont play it).
Open it, tap top right corner and go to account settings and log into your account with your password.
Then download the games you want to transfer over and open them. As you are logged into this storm8 id for your ipad, all the games you download should transfer your progress over.
