    Lightbulb Purchased gems but didn't receive them

    I purchased gems this morning 22/08/2014 and never received them. My id is Rach_KK and level 88, I have a copy of the receipt from my iTunes account if needed.

    I'd suggest contacting TL Support w all the vital information. U know restaurant name, what u play on, version ur playing, ur storm id, and include a copy of ur receipt. Email at Support@teamlava.com
    Have u turned ur device all the way off(hard close) and restarted it? I know some times I need to do that to synch my devices.
