Thread: New device,wrong account or password???

    New device,wrong account or password???

    so i got a new phone Moto x and i want to transfer all my levels from Jewelmania to the new device.
    untill now with other phones i didn t have problems.
    just downloaded the RACING LIVE,played untill level 3 then go to settings and transfered from my account the data for jewel mania and all my levels were back.
    but now when i try to transfer says that the password or username are wrong,but they are not because i am able to enter on the forum here with the same credentials.
    someone could help me??

    i tried with Restaurant story and i was abble to restore my 240 levels
