Is empire story no longer supported getting the following screen when I try load the game
Yes, I get the same screen. It's a shame. My wonderful empire is gone and so are my friends.

Is City Story no longer supported? I can no longer download the game. I keep getting the same message stating is no longer supported.

Both Empire Story and City Story should be accessible on Android again, although you may need to close the app on your device and re-open it. Sorry for any inconvenience!
