    New to city story... Confused about cleaning cities?

    I know this is probably a stupid question, but I am just kind of confused about what cleaning other people's cities does? I play bakery story and restaurant story, so I know it gives you more stars (busses). But in those games you are able to collect what others leave at yours, whereas in this game you do not? Can someone please explain this to me?

    when you have star sparkles over your buildings tap on buildings to collect 100 coins for each cleaned building. can,t collect from factories until order collected . hope I'm not to late with this information.��
