I sometimes see a message saying somebody left a bonus. What is the bonus and what do I do with it? Does that mean that somebody has been playing with my crew?

That message means that the player that visited you, played with a couple of your dragons, it depends if he/she is your neighbor or not

You know when someone visited you and played when you have sparkles in one or more habitats. The bonus when tapping in the sparkeled habitat is extra 250coins and 1xp.
