Has anyone actually had an accidental purchase reversed?

I see all sort of threads where mods say to email support, but I don't know if anyone has ever had anything fixed. I ask because I nearly dropped my phone, fumbled a few times in the air with it, and when I finally caught it found out I bought 500,000 coins with 250 gold. Gold I've been saving up for more than a month to buy a Diamond dragon since I've not been able to breed one yet. It's a huge setback.
