Why would 1 be more?

I have 2 Bitter Bark trees waiting to be cleared. The game shows that 1 of them costs $250,000 or $350,000 ( I don't remember which now that I'm typing ) to clear, & the other costs $800,000 to clear.

I know that in the grand scheme of things this isn't an important, life altering thing.

I just thought it was curious given that they look alike, appear to be the same size, and are named the same.

Just wondering, if anyone happens to know.

the cost depends on which expansion it is, the farther you get the more expensive they are. Wait until you get to the 990,000 rocks
