    Not gaining catalogs

    I'm on level 21 and I only have a total of 13 catalogs to order items. I would reach a level have a catalog then it would not be there. How many should I have have all together being on level 21 without purchasing any?

    You have the correct amount of 13 Order Slots for level 21. You don't gain a new Slot every level, but at certain increments. Sorry for the confusion!
