Anyone have a sugjestion on this problem

My HTC Evo was stolen and i had to get a replacement.
But now i have lost my Bakery and everything i work so hard to get.
i was pushing level 80 with over 300 friends
now i am back to square one and cant use my DispairKing account
is there anyway of recovering my game without having my old phone
Any help on this would be awesome
