No help from Storm 8 Support team
Anyone else get no help when requesting assistance from someone who I feel violates TOS fair play? Accounts using "null" or empty names and put you on HL cannot be attacked or placed on HL because there is no link back to their account. Doesn't sound like fair play to me, however, when I report to Storm 8 support, I just get pre-formatted responses, like they are looking into it or I need to provide their character code (which is the reason I wrote to them in the first place). Waiting to see what nugget of helpfulness I get on this site.
