    New phone! Want my old store. Help!!!

    Hi
    I exchanged my phone yesterday because it didn't work so I want to transfer my boutique to my new phone. Someone please please help me figure this out! It's ****ing me that I can't access my store.

    I've tried emailing the support email and haven't gotten anywhere.

    Thanks for any help!!!

    There is limited support over the weekend. An agent should be replying to your ticket in the next few days.

    If you had a password set up for your old storm ID, you can try to transfer your games yourself .
    You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.

    Since you no longer have your old phone, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.
    Transfer Thread
    If you had set your old phone back to factory (brand new reset)
    Then you can use

    New Logon on Feature to transfer your games.

    If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

    New phone- want old store. Please help!

    My phone broke and had to be exchanged. I don't have a password set up for my storm8 id. Is there a way to get my store back?

    Can someone help with that?

    You can send an email to support@teamlava.com An agent will be able to assist in recovering your games.

    Note: It can take 3-5 business days before a support agent can respond to your email.
