    updates causing lost levels

    Any advice.when I updated apps I lost all levels of games restaurant story bakery story fashion story jewel mania and slots.they referred back to level one.my id was lomo626 sent e mails to team lava and they said to transfer data.i was using the same DROID samsung phone s4.
