I started Restaurant Story about 2 months ago and currently level 35. I have noticed I can not purchase any of the decor that comes out once a week in the past 2 months besides the goal update for spring. I get the notice pop-up only and when I scroll through the Design Tab they're locked at a certain level (ex. unlock at lvl 67). Im just wondering if there's a certain level I have to reach to be able to use any future decor updates? (i hope its not lvl 67) Thanks!

Once u reach certain lvls ull be able 2 unlock these items. Don't worry eventually Ull be able 2 purchase whatever u desire. I guess TL wants u 2 concentrate on the game 1st then purchase items. That's just a guess. U might try sending a PM 2 one of the moderators 4 clarification in this matter.
