I've been looking for the blossom chair and table in the design but I can't find it. Do you get it another way?

I don't have the blossom goal on my list. Has it expired or does it follow on from another?

I think puddle troubles is the goal before the table and chairs. It is also before the fruity fusion which is needed to unlock the chairs.
