Iphone Fashion Story crashes

I have the iphone 4S using the latest IOS7 VERSION and fashion story keeps crashing
I cannot even open it.
Same with Home Design. my bakery and restaurant are fine though.

anyone else having this issue?

Does this happen on wifi and also on cellular?

What is the version number of the game you are playing? (under menu- help- small number at the bottom of the screen)

On you phone, try going under settings-safari- and clear out cookies/data, then restart your device.

I am on 4G and pretty much always use that and not wifi
I am not sure of the version number because I can't tell if it wont load. I would think the latest.
I will try clearing cookies and data and get back to you, thanks

and what menu? in the game, cant tell when it keeps crashing before it loads

For the version, make sure you are playing the regular fashion game(no old seasonal versions) and also check iTunes for any updates.

Yes I am using the regular version. I do check for updates and keep all my stuff updated.
it makes no sense that bakery and restaurant are working fine, but this and all your other games crash before I can even open them.

Did you clear the cookies and Data?
