forcing closed for months!

I'm getting really frustrated.. my game has been forcing closed since around Valentine's Day. I can't play at all! I updated when they last did the update, but it still isn't working. I've tried to contact support team and got zero response.. why won't anyone respond? Why won't they fix the app that was supposedly already fixed? Bakery and resteraunt and Dragon and city stories all work on my device.. so it's only fashion story that won't work.. someone help me figure out how to get back to playing!
