    I need help

    I got a new tablet and my son wants to play his own game, but when we downloaded Dragon Story, there was already a Storm8 ID signed in. It isn't mine, and it isn't his. How do we get rid of it and make a new one?

    Try to restore the device in itunes, this takes out the Dragon Story ID currently on the device, then start a new game, get to level 2 then you can transfer your account.

    (and for people that say this won't work cause it's saved on TL's server, our account info are, but not the ID on the device.)

    You can do that, or email TL, but it might take a few days for reply.

    it is android. and i have deleted it and reinstalled it already. didn't work

    You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com.for assistance.

    Give them the storm ID and tell them it was already on the tablet when you bought it.

    Also give them the specific type of tablet.
