    how do I make citisens smile go to the big cheesy grin..

    I've gotten it to within 20-30 point dif and its still only the no teeth showing.. want to make it show the big grin.. please tell me what I'm not doing or doing wrong..

    I may be wrong but I think you need enough businesses to cover the amount of residents you have. Maybe a little more. I'll check my old game and see and come back to post!

    You have to have twice the number of businesses as residences to get the big smile.
