    HELP ! Games got reset !

    Games on my mum's android device got reset.

    Did she get a new device?
    Has she tried uninstalling and restalling the games?

    If she has a password for her storm ID she can recover her games by using the login feature. If she does not have a password set up, she can send and email to support@teamlava.com and an agent can assist in recovering her games.

    She got a new device but I have not transfer the games for her. The games got reset after i removed the sim and SD card.

    Uninstalling and restalling the games does not work. She continued to play on the reset games till level 7. She can't remember what is her storm id and password was not set up.

    Do i provide the android device serial number to recover the games?

    If she has her old device, she can go back and set up a storm ID and password on the old device, then she can login and pull her games over to her new device using the instructions in post 1 of the New login feature link shown .

    If she no longer has her old device, she will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com .
    I am not sure what information they will need if she cannot remember her old storm ID. Once she emails her issue, an agent will email back asking for information.

    The agent not helping me. The agent just solved my request without doing any. what is this?

    Have you tried restarting your device to see if the transfer was done? Also check your spam folder to make sure the support agent did not send an email asking for more information.
