Tap to order not working

I randomly have a problem, like just now, when clicking on tap to order, the order window will not open after I have just made some orders, ( I just now got 5 items ordered and then the 6th tap to order didn't open), but I can tap the arrows to view the other pages or I can view messages or visit neighbors. (Or when an order is ready it won't place onto rack or table).

I have iOS 6.1.3
Game version 1.5.3

Hi,

Please force close the app and re open it to see if that helps. If it doesn't please reinstall the game. That should fix this issue.

How do you force close the app? ....and I will not reinstall the game because I don't want to lose all my progress......it is a bug that needs to be fixed don't you think? ......it fixes itself after I close the app for a few minutes, but shouldn't do it at all.

Hi Swansoda,

For iOS 6 you can double tap the home button. Along the bottom you will see all of the apps that are currently running. Click X on the apps you want to close. Then try reopening the game to see if this helps.

As for reinstalling, your progress is stored on our servers.

Force closing usually fixes this issue.

Oh, ok, well I do that, sometimes it helps....and oh ok, but it still makes me nervous to have to reinstall
