Can I have my old account back?
Hi, I wanted to ask if you can recover an account Storm8 in the game "Fashion Story". Let me explain: in 2013 I downloaded on my tablet "Fashion Story", my ID was Stefani07. Then this tablet broke and I bought another one and I downloaded the game again and I had to register again with another ID. I would like to know if I can access the game with my old ID (Stefani07) and then continue to play with my old account.
My current ID is: MNRLAURA
Boutique name: HAUS OF GAGA
Level: 15
My OLD ID is: Stefani07
Boutique name: Stefani
Level: 21

If you do not know you password to your old account, you can send an email to support@teamlava.com for assistance in getting your old games and storm ID back.
(before emailing support make sure you go under menu-help in your current game and set a password for your current storm ID)

I sent the email and I receveid an automatic email where there is write that if I want my old ID back I must put this informations:
- The temporary (new) Storm8 ID on your current device (we will recover your game to this device): I KNOW
- The Storm8 ID you want recovered (your old account):I KNOW
- Device model you will be using: TABLET (?)
- Which game(s) did you play?: I KNOW
- Your old Profile Name and Level: I KNOW
- How many Neighbors did you have? I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T REMEMBER
- How many Gems or Gold did you last have on your old account? (we require this info to verify your account): I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T REMEMBER
You can see that there are informations that I don't remember.. Is it a problem?

These are security questions to make sure the storm ID and games you want moved over are yours.
Answer the questions the best you can and then see what support says. They may ask you additional questions .
Give as much information on your device as you can.
Closing thread for privacy since this is a specific support issue.
