Game unexpectedly closes

I have been playing this game almost one year without any problem,but it has been about 2 months now,that when I was trying to send gifts or do my orders, I was coming up on my screen with this message : "the application Fashion Story (from com.teamlava.fashionstory32) has stopped unexpectedly. Try again"
and then it gives me only 2 options :force closing or reporting the problem.
at first this was not happening often,but now this is happening every time I reload the game and also happens on other teamlava games. As I said I have reloaded the game many,many,many times,I have restarted my devise and also uninstall and reinstall the game,but none of these has worked. I also have send report of the problem through my devise.

please any ideas why this is happening? I have an android phone. I really love this game and I can't play... please please help me!

As you level up, add more items/animations to your game, the game will require more resources from the device. If your device is older or has very limited resources, you may experience performance issues in the game. Please close down any background applications that may be exhausting resources to allocate more memory for game performance. Unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do on our end for devices with lower resources.
